PETS is a training conducted annually, preferably in March, for club Presidents-Elect (PEs). Its purpose is to prepare incoming club presidents for the year and give District Governors-Elect (DGEs) and incoming Assistant Governors (AGs) an opportunity to motivate the PEs and build working relationships.  PETS is planned and conducted under the direction and supervision of the DGEs.
